I've experienced a lot with remote desktop services and would say that browser-based applications and much easier in use.I was looking for a reliable professional version. Would recommend logmein,bomgar,gotoassist or techinline.
Bomgar and logmein are a bit too high priced and free version is too limited for professional use.
I'm using Techinline at the moment.It incorporated all necessary functions. Price is affordable and it justifies its quality.
